What You'll Do: As a Full-Desk Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in both business development and recruiting activities across multiple spaces such as Technical, Accounting, Legal and more. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Prospecting: Researching and targeting prospective clients to create opportunities for introducing our staffing solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Effectively communicating our services, and negotiating contract terms to secure new business.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match with client needs, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
