Senior Recruiter (Part-Time) Hybrid Remote/Office

We are seeking a Part-Time, Experienced Senior Recruiter (Hybrid) to join our team! Primary focus on recruiting for Atlanta and the Nashville, TN, areas. (Initially you would report to the Atlanta office then convert to remote) Must live in the Atlanta Area.

Are you a staffing industry professional who wants to earn extra part-time income by capitalizing on your candidate network and your experience? If so, CI² Aviation needs your recruiting support. You can recruit for our roles while working independently with a team to support your efforts.

* Please note our open client roles are more senior ($70k+ type professionals). . However, our client(s) also need temporary workers. (hourly airport concession) You should be experienced and comfortable recruiting passive candidates with stable job histories.  What we need is:

• A recruiter who is experienced in recruiting in multiple areas. (i.e., hourly, administrative, and C-Level)
• A recruiter that can source candidates, screen, and submit qualified candidate resumes to Human Resources for consideration.

Must-Have:

High School Diploma or higher education

2 years of recruiting experience

Experienced working with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook. PowerPoint)

Proofreading skills

Attention to detail

Preferred: Associate or higher degree

3-5 years' experience
