Keller Williams Keystone Realty is looking for a Recruiter / Team Leader (R/TL) to join and lead one of its well-established offices in the Greater Pennsylvania Region. The ideal candidate might also have the chance to expand the company by assisting in opening new offices in the designated territory. This person will join the leadership team for KW Keystone Realty, which currently includes 5 locations and over 180 licensed real estate agents.

The R/TL will focus on driving significant growth in the number of licensed agents within the organization, supporting and collaborating with the office leadership team, and fostering strong consultative relationships with the top agents. They will excel in creating a compelling vision and guiding their team toward it while overseeing the achievement of key milestones. The R/TL should have strong interpersonal skills and be an inspiring and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
