We are seeking a highly connected and dynamic Soccer Recruiter to join our team. This role requires an individual with extensive contacts within Division I colleges and the ability to engage persuasively with college coaches and players. The Recruiter will be instrumental in identifying and attracting talented players to participate in our summer programs, aligning with the club's strategic goals and style of play.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with coaches, athletes, and administrative staff within Division I colleges.
• Identify talent that fits the technical and tactical requirements as specified by the head coach and the ownership group.
• Negotiate with college coaches and players to secure summer play commitments.
• Organize and coordinate scouting activities and player assessments.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the head coach and ownership group regarding recruitment progress and player commitments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sports recruitment, specifically with connections to Division I college soccer programs.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with coaches and players.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely.
• Passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the game's technical and tactical aspects.
