Job Summary: As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. You will leverage your bilingual skills to connect with a diverse pool of candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process for our Spanish and English-speaking applicants. Your expertise in recruiting will help us attract and retain exceptional talent to support our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage with potential candidates in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Client and Candidate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings in both English and Spanish, ensuring they accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP & Avionte) other recruiting software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
