Description:
  • a) Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting and sourcing methods, including but not limited to social media, employee referrals, cold calling, institutional partnerships, college/universities, professional associations
  • b) Develops job advertisement and screens resumes/applications.
  • c) Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews.
  • d) Extends offers and negotiates compensation
  • e) Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • f) Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
  • g) Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function
  • h) Attend weekly meetings to assess staffing needs and review requests from CDO and VP of Corrections
  • i) Post hiring ads to all necessary platforms
  • j) Manage candidate inquiries and applications through PAYLOCITY and other relevant platforms.
  • k) Strive to meet key metrics, including filling roles for new office openings and maintaining high retention rates.
  • l) Urgency in filling open positions with Corrections: 4-6 Weeks
  • m) All other duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Education – Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience required in lieu of degree
  • Experience – 2-6 years
