$70,000-$75,000 DOE

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:

The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization's staffing objectives. This includes understanding our company’s people philosophy and creating a consistent narrative for The Management Trust experience. This role involves collaborating with all departments to understand their specific needs, staying informed about industry trends, and implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), training hiring managers on recruitment processes, overseeing social media recruitment campaigns, and maintaining recruitment metrics and budgets to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Departments: Engage with all departments and divisions to understand their specific staffing requirements and develop both global and local recruitment strategies to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices to develop effective recruitment strategies aimed at connecting with experienced candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Partner with leadership and supervisors to create and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Post and review all open requisitions within the ATS and work closely with HR teams to ensure applicants progress efficiently through the recruitment process.
  • Training and Support: Train hiring managers on the recruitment process within the ATS, as well as company recruiting procedures, and provide additional support during the recruitment process, including reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and reporting findings to hiring managers.
  • Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Continuously implement and refine innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media campaigns and content related to job opportunities, newly hired professionals, and upcoming recruiting events.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Manage and produce all recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Job Placement Accounts: Oversee the company's various job placement accounts to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Maintain the recruiting budget and track recruitment activity costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Human Resources department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree or certification in Human Resources (bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and leadership levels.

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
  • Be stationary for periods of time
  • Relocate up to (25) pounds
  • Travel time 10%

  • Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm – Hybrid remote opportunity
  • This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs
