As a Recruiter Assistant, you will be responsible for contacting candidates who have already expressed interest in our job openings. Your primary role will be to engage with these candidates over the phone, assess their suitability, and schedule further interviews or assessments with our hiring team. This role is entirely commission-based, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your success in bringing in qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Outreach: Make outbound calls to candidates who have shown interest in our job postings.
  • Screening: Conduct brief phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Sales-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and earning commissions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer programs and the ability to use virtual communication tools.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
