How Will You Make an Impact?
You will play an integral role in the success of our clients and CA HR Services. Specific responsibilities include:
Partner with clients to provide expert consultation to include general HR, compliance, recruitment (hiring best practices, market and industry trends, etc.)
Understand client’s specific HR needs and develop creative strategies tailored to meet them.
Assist in policy development, employee relations, performance management, compliance/auditing, job description development, including essential functions, minimum qualifications, experience, education, etc.
Source talent across various verticals and industries.
Engage in both direct and indirect recruiting efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to external clients.
Leverage social networking sites and networking strategies to identify top talent.
Utilize talent scouting techniques to source passive candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process: post open positions, manage incoming communications, source candidates, screen/interview, coordinate interviews, extend, and negotiate offer
Your Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in high-volume recruiting
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Excellent consultative and strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interview skills and the ability to assess candidate's fit for position and company. Familiarity with behavioral based interviewing techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Sense of urgency, prioritization, attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experienced in sourcing passive talent with a resourceful and creative approach.
- Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is preferred
- Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online file-sharing tools such as Dropbox
- Fully-function remote office with video conferencing-enabled PC, monitor, smartphone, printer/scanner, reliable high-speed internet
