- Prepare and assist in compiling monthly and year-end financial statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Prepare tax returns and provide guidance on tax-related issues
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized financial records
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Traits: Professional demeanor with the ability to present confidently to executive teams
- Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on 30 hours per week)
- Hourly rate: Up to $50 per hour
