Job Description
StyleCraft is a group of local, family owned companies. Our Mission is to Create Communities that Inspire People to Live Up. We are looking for a highly customer focused part time Receptionist to join our team.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a wide variety of services to all StyleCraft team members and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing calls, directing visitors, and ad hoc needs and special projects.
*There are two part time shifts for this role. When applying please specify in which shift you are interested.
The AM Shift is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm, with the occasional ability to cover full day shifts.
The PM Shift is Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 5:30pm, with the occasional ability to cover full day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the office building
- Accurately, courteously, and professionally respond to all calls and walk in visitors.
- Assists with office appearance, supply inventory, mail distribution, and stocking of conference rooms
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Assists with event and meeting planning, meal orders, reservations, etc.
- Assists with maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, conference rooms, lobby areas etc.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept at MS Office suite and administrative tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
