Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dealership Receptionist for weekends. As the first point of contact for customers, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about the dealership's products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Schedule:
This is a Part-time position that requires weekend shifts from 10am-6pm.
