What you'll be doing...
In this highly visible and integral role, the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the E2E development and execution of Values strategic initiatives which will help enable the organization across the portfolio of Value Brands. You will lead cross functional, complex projects and teams independently and ensure post-implementation reviews to ensure success. Maintain high attention to detail while defining and prioritizing research projects to ensure that we are delivering insights that will help resolve the issues. In addition to strategic projects, you will support the governance framework for Value, lead workshops and ideation sessions to support the business in accelerating and hitting objectives. For executive leadership, you will curate business updates and deliverables that showcase the impact of transformations programs inclusive of bottoms up, data driven solutions as well as top-down requirements and business needs while driving innovation for the organization's future. Additional responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights to help resolve business challenges. Define and prioritize research projects to ensure these insights are delivered effectively.
Leading cross-functional, complex projects and teams independently and ensure post-implementation reviews to ensure success.
Experience managing and influencing relationships at the senior executive level.
Maintaining high attention to detail while defining and prioritizing research projects to ensure that we are delivering insights against the right questions.
Prioritizing key business processes that are pain points currently and design initiatives that will help resolve the issues.
Building business relationships to conduct current-state assessments, evaluate pain points, and discover opportunities to deliver value to the company.
Building business cases against initiatives to size value and enable tracking of delivery.
Utilizing data-driven insights to inform and support decision-making processes.
Collaborating with leadership to align change management and ways of working initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in consulting, developing strategy, and/or change management.
Demonstrated ability to direct and set strategy; follow through with execution.
Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
Ability to think about future possibilities and rally numerous assets to design, test and learn, execute at scale.
Good interpersonal, communications and presentations skills.
A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate future organizational needs.
Customer focused, with an ability to track and record delivering programs.
Experience in problem solving and intellectually curious with good judgment.
Change agent with strong credibility and influence across the business.
Experience in analytical, critical thinking and outstanding quantitative skills.
Experience in managing client relationships.
Design Thinking, Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Experience in project management and/or certification.
Experience in facilitation and coaching.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
