We are a fast-growing Infusion Suites company providing therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration. We’ve grown from 4 infusion suites to 9 in the past year and anticipate growing at a similar pace in 2025. Our 9 locations are in located throughout LA, OC, Riverside, and San Diego. We just opened our first Infusion Suite in Arizona and are continuing to expand throughout the Southwest area of the United States!

Care Coordination:

Job Details



The Infusion RN for Los Angeles will cover 3 locations (Thousand Oaks, Beverly Hills, and Whittier) and will use a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to provide direct patient care and coordinate infusion and injection activities in compliance with professional practice and clinical standards in an outpatient setting.

Schedule: 2-3 full days or 3-5 half days. (Infusion Center hours are 9am-5pm)

Essential Functions
  • Greets patients and escorts them to the infusion room.
  • Provide patient education about their treatment and answer questions about adverse reactions.
  • Provide general nursing care to patients; administers prescribed medications per drug protocol for adults and children.
  • Establish IV access and access central lines.
  • Observe, record, and reports the patient's condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to the Medical Director and record in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Provides accurate documentation in the patient's EMR.
  • Provide close monitoring of patients in infusion rooms.
  • Maintains timely flow of patient care and documentation.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Replenishes IV carts and cleans infusion rooms.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls as needed.
  • Follows all OSHA guidelines to minimize exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and practices with a high level of integrity and honesty by maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Follows established policies, procedures, objectives, and performance improvements.

Other Skills:

  • Computer skills and experience with EMR.
  • Comfortable starting IVs.
  • Be able to recognize and manage an infusion reaction appropriately.
