ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician)— LONG BEACH COMMUTE!
$20 - $22/hr. DOE.
Part Time Schedule Availabilities, Monday-Friday! Weekend Availabilities Welcomed!
$500 Sign on Bonus for active RBT's! Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided!

As a Behavior Technician you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, schools, and/or daycares. You will help them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their communities through our fun and playful intervention model. So here is the offer… a rewarding career helping kids meet their potential! As a behavior therapist you work with children and families in clinic, home, daycares, and/or community settings (outings). You use play and daily routines to teach children with developmental disabilities a variety of skills. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) we strive to create a world without limits.
Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician:
Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies
Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors
Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings
Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors.
Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred!
Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required!
Clean criminal background check!
3-6 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field!
