ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician)— LONG BEACH COMMUTE!
$20 - $22/hr. DOE. 
Part Time Schedule Availabilities, Monday-Friday! Weekend Availabilities Welcomed! 

$500 Sign on Bonus for active RBT's! Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided!

As a Behavior Technician you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, schools, and/or daycares. So here is the offer… a rewarding career helping kids meet their potential! As a behavior therapist you work with children and families in clinic, home, daycares, and/or community settings (outings). You use play and daily routines to teach children with developmental disabilities a variety of skills. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) we strive to create a world without limits. 

Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician: 

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies 

• Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors 

• Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings 

• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members 

• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS) 

• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors. 

• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis. 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred! 

• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required! 

• Clean criminal background check! 

• 3-6 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field!
