Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Part time MWF 7:30-3:30pm $15/hr.  Located in Evadale, TX

Duties:

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during interactions

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in shipping and receiving environment is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus for diverse customer interactions
