Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Specialized Experience:

For the

GS-14

grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the

GS-13

grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized Experience

for this position includes:

- Analysis and application of fair housing laws and equal opportunity regulations such as the Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, Title VI Civil Rights of the 1964, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act as it relates to housing, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.; AND - Experience in managerial techniques, human relations and skills to effectively address a wide variety of employee, stakeholder, and client issues.; AND - Applying the Fair Housing Initiative (FHIP) and Fair Housing Assistance Programs (FHAP), which includes: testing methodologies; FHIP enforcement strategies and operations; and FHAP adjudication processes.

grade level in the Federal service.

Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or
