Executive Director of JWS Center for Student Success
The Executive Director of the John W. Schmidt Center for Student Success oversees programs and initiatives that promote student retention, engagement, and academic success. The JWS Center for Student Success includes advising, Upward Bound, Computerworks, Civic Engagement, Career Services, the McNair Program, Adaptive Needs, the TRIO program, and the Learning Center to support students on the main campus. Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field (Doctorate preferred). 5+ years of experience in student success, academic advising, or higher education administration. Proven experience in managing student support programs and working with diverse student populations. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility. Qualified applications will be made available to the department/committee for review immediately upon submission.
