Ecommerce Director

Position Summary:
The Homemakers E-Commerce Team is responsible for the creation, growth, and optimization of the Homemakers digital experience. We strive to guide the customer's journey from discovery to the point of purchase, and nurture current customers with customized and tailored experiences. We are looking for someone to join us as we continue to lead in the creation of a cohesive brand experience across various customer touchpoints.
As the Director of E-Commerce, you will work with the E-Commerce team and Executive team to optimize and improve the customer experience from acquisition to purchase through our digital channels. This position will manage the E-Commerce team and will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and increase brand loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling online retail operations within the furniture industry or a related field

sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Manage
ecommerce budget, including setting sales targets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability. Collabora
with the Buying team to ensure the online catalog is current, accurately represented, and optimized for sales. Monitor ind
ry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the market and identify innovative ecommerce solutions. Ensure compli
e with legal, regulatory, and security requirements for online transactions and privacy laws. Recruit talent
the E-Commerce team to help drive growth and succession. Identify, priorit
, and articulate initiatives that can deliver the highest impact. Strategize with the
