We’re currently looking for a Temporary Part Time Nanny in Lynnwood, WA 98036

A lovely family in Alderwood Manor is seeking a temporary, part time nanny for their happy and smiley 7 month old starting Monday, January 27, 2025. Care is needed Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm, or 9am-4pm (flexible hours) through May 2025. The family’s part time needs may reduce at any point during this time to 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), for a total of 28 hours per week. The child loves spending time outdoors, going for walks, and playing with crinkly toys. Mom works from home and the family is looking for a communicative and reliable nanny to join their family.

Start date: Monday January 27, 2025
End date: May 2025, possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm or 9am-4pm (candidate’s choice)
Compensation: $28 per hour

Responsibilities:

Bottle + solid feeding
Diaper changing
Engaging with the child in developmentally appropriate activities
Facilitating nap times
Laundry for child
Stroller walks around neighborhood

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant care experience with children between the ages of 6 months-12 months old
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High School diploma or equivalent
CPR certified, or willing to become certified
Fluent in English
Tamil speaking is a plus
Able to provide 2 childcare related references from a paid, professional setting
Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check

Compensation + Benefits:

This position pays $28 per hour, and the family is looking for 28-35 hours of care per week.

28 guaranteed weekly hours
Federal holidays off
