About The Role
The Part-Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our dealership guests and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling administrative tasks while providing outstanding customer service.
What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support team members with additional tasks as required.
- Provide clients with detailed information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
We Invite You To Apply – Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act with urgency and champion excellence in all company objectives
- Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
