this video . Hadrian’s mission is to reshore American manufacturing and support our country in doing whatever we can to win Space Race II. As a founding TPM hire in a rapidly growing organization, you’ll have free reign to work directly with our CEO and GTM Director to design our go-to-market strategy and work to supply our clients with the parts they need to launch rockets into space. Our customers vary between upstarts and established players within defense and aerospace with major contract spend from the Department of Defense and NASA, among other large purchasers. In this role you will: In partnership with the Account Executive, own the P&L for a customer and balance tradeoffs between Hadrian’s internal capabilities, current and future business opportunities, and the customer relationship. Hire and train a squad of Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Associates to deliver a top-notch customer experience. Escalate customer needs internally and alert factory operations/software engineering and other teams in supporting a smooth experience initially and in production; advocate for new internal capabilities that show strong long-term automation potential based on a customer’s supply chain needs. Coach the team through preparing design for manufacturing feedback, empower the team to solicit opinions from internal experts, and facilitate conversations with our customer’s engineers. Be ultimately accountable for customer escalations, unblocking parts on the factory floor with help from customers, and the squad’s data quality when processing orders. Develop and implement business processes, including providing feedback to our software engineering teams, that will scale squad operations and increase team productivity and accuracy. Implement a strategic plan for systematic improvements to the customer scorecard and lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders. Requirements for the role: 7+ years proven track record in commercial roles, preferably in defense and aerospace and/or engineering experience in defense and aerospace. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other sales tools. Must be able to travel as required. Salary: $178,000 - $241,000 a year. For this role, the target salary range is $130,000 - $275,000 (actual range may vary based on experience), with uncapped earning potential based on performance. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
