Lindsey McCarthy with Robert Half is on the search for a skilled Administrative Assistant to become part of our client's team based in Cheektowaga, New York. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including assisting with accounting functions, managing HR paperwork, and providing support on special projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

• Contribute to accounting operations by assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ensure the smooth running of HR processes by assisting with paperwork such as onboarding

• Act as a dependable backup for Payroll when necessary

• Enter and manage data across basic spreadsheets efficiently

• Provide support on special projects as required

• Carry out additional administrative duties as needed

• Utilize software tools such as Sage, Excel, and Microsoft Suite for day-to-day tasks.

• General knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Proven ability in Data Entry tasks

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated experience in managing and organising paperwork
