Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Sorrento Valley, San Diego

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Sorrento Valley, San Diego. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and assisting with various projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules and appointments

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in Sorrento Valley, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $20.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
