Administrative Assistant in Woodburn, OR

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant in Woodburn, OR, for potential upcoming contract roles! We would love to connect with candidates currently on the job market.

Main Duties/Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage phone calls and prioritize incoming emails
  • Coordinate schedules and organize meetings
  • Prepare and process time and expense reports
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
  • Create and maintain documents for client presentations and proposals
  • Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues with internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM or other administrative software is a plus!
  • Experience in the construction industry or with contracting is a plus!

Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hour, depending on opportunity and experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Employment Type: Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities may be available.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
