We are immediately hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant for a professional real estate investment firm in North Fort Worth, Texas. The role primarily entails processing and coordinating various administrative tasks and being the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This would be a 90-day+ contract opportunity, providing an enriching work experience in a bustling office environment.


Responsibilities:


• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all communications are routed to the appropriate personnel.

• Assist in the creation, revision, and organization of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate with external contacts such as lenders, title companies, and surveyors, facilitating smooth transaction processes.

• Manage and maintain an efficient filing system in the office, including archiving files as necessary.

• Oversee the organization and distribution of transaction documents.

• Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant county offices for recording.

• Support in managing the calendar, organizing group meetings, and setting up conference calls.

• Maintain office organization and ensure a conducive working environment.

• Handle and route calls, providing exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
• Experience in administrative assistance and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Excellent skills in data entry and email correspondence.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
