Job Title: Logistics Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR 
Contract Duration: 2 months
Compensation: $21-$25 per hour

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Assistant to join our client's team for a seasonal 2-month contract. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of their logistics and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
  • Communicate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support the logistics team in daily administrative tasks and projects as needed.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a logistics environment preferred, OR an administrative background with the desire to gain exposure to logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
