Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our C-level executives by efficiently managing administrative tasks, ensuring their schedules run smoothly, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, both internally and externally.
• Manage communication on behalf of executives, including screening calls and responding to emails.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting C-level executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
