We are looking for a talented Construction Project Administrator to join our team
The Project Administrator will be responsible for Supporting the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Superintendent on assigned projects.
Project Administrator Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via telephone and email
- Supports team by performing task related to organization and strong communication
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, planning and expediting orders for supplies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
