- Maintain filing systems, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
