Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Hybrid – Local to Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Comp: $45,000/yr for 12 months
Job Summary: Living Mulch, a certified minority-owned business based in Syracuse, NY, is preparing a proposal for a significant contract involving the relocation of two New York municipal departments. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination activities, ensuring smooth project operations for the relocation of the Municipal building. The contract is initially for a guaranteed 12 month period with a strong likelihood for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handle project documentation and records.
- Support the Project Manager and other team members.
- Address any administrative issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
