Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Administrative Assistant at Gill Group. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating strong communication skills, and assisting with executive-level tasks. The role also involves utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations.
- Client Management: Building relationships with clients and consultants, requesting, and ensuring information needed to complete reports is received in a timely manner. Verify clients have paid retainer according to their Engagement Letter.
- Communication: Responding to client inquiries, emails, and phone calls, and sharing client feedback with internal employees.
- Scheduling: Managing client calls with the Principal, including in-person meetings, video conference or telephone.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining client documents, reports, and correspondence. Saving documents to the client file on the company server.
- Strategy development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree Preferred.
- Associate degree Required.
