In this role, you will: Handle customer complaints and prioritize timely communication with regards to status and resolution. Collect, analyze, and report on quality data through a Salesforce Incident Management program to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement quality improvements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Manage quality KPIs: processing time to fix complaints and Quality Problems; frequency and quality of communication for relevant internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a high level of product knowledge. Attend customer and international meetings with product development teams and factories to challenge the Quality solving process (time and manner) as needed. Troubleshoot job site issues and create accurate and detailed reports. Perform and support product modifications in case of Quality issues. Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key quality metrics and performance indicators. Ensure that all products and procedures comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Technical knowledge in electronics and/or software development to properly characterize product issues (e.g. after sales returns, quality issues). At least 5 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / technology. Network (RS485 / POE / Zigbee) knowledge is a plus. Ability to conduct a solving process phase with other departments. Analyze with high level of reliability the failures experienced and register it in our technical/quality database. Proficient with office applications (Word and Excel, Teams and Salesforce, SAP a plus). Ability to deliver presentations / detailed technical reports. Ability to conduct a customer meeting. Collaborate on inter-departmental solving processes with business lines, the engineering department, customer service, tech support, and product services teams. Collaborative focus on the department’s performance. Analytical skills/synthesis. Focused on customer satisfaction. Proactive. Quality tools / methods knowledge (8D, 5W2H, …) is a plus. Curious, rigorous, and able to work independently. Additional Information

Typical hours of 8am-5pm, In the office Monday through Friday. 10-15% travel: international and domestic travel to visit customers and factories as needed.
