We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting team members, and maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and ensure a well-stocked, organized workplace.
  • Assist with meeting and event coordination, including taking minutes and tracking follow-ups.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support projects by conducting research and compiling necessary information.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
