Wetzel and Sons has an open position for a career-orientated Administrative Assistant within the Client Services department. The essential duties of the role is to support one of our Senior Account Managers with general administrative and data entry responsibilities. We are predominantly looking for a candidate who has a proficiency in social media and can thrive in a fast-paced environment to provide support to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to Management, employees, and in some cases clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, schedules meeting and act as a liaison between departments.
- To maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Scanning, faxing, copying and email.
- Use all resources available to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and all other company policies and procedures in place
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- To act at all times in the best interests of Wetzel & Sons, its customers, and its employees
- High school diploma / GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Office Experience
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment.
- Demonstrates dependability and sense of urgency about getting results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal computer systems - Moveware / iLive (training will be provided)
- Strong organization and communication skills both written and spoken.
- Has excellent time management and organizational skills - Able to multi-task as needed.
