Marathon Staffing is seeking reliable candidates for a temp-to-perm, Bilingual, Administrative Assistant for our busy manufacturing client in Cambridge, MA!!!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting office staff with day-to-day operational support including filing, faxing, copying, maintaining and updating reports, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Support managers and office staff with daily clerical tasks
• Schedule meetings
• Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
• Schedule appointments and update calendar
• Compose and type regular correspondence and emails
• Assist with maintaining a multi-tiered filing system
• Create, update spreadsheets
• Greet and provide general support to visitors
• All other duties as requested
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Admin. Assistant experience required
• MUST be able to multi-task
• MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual is strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner via phone, email or fax
• Previous supply chain experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Pay: $30.00 / hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, unless otherwise discussed
