Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry and database management tasks
- Track and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
