POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and Staff level Product Analyst. This position is based in our Palo Alto HQ and will require hybrid work with in-office days 2 days a week.
This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You will have the opportunity to turn information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation and help the company achieve tremendous growth. We have opportunities in a few areas such as growth, retention, customer experience, etc. and we will align you based on your interest and strength to our best. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,700 - $245,300+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work closely with the product and engineering team to define key metrics and answer important questions
Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing)
Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why
Communicate results and influence stakeholders, be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering and leadership team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in team environments
6+ years experience in product analytics/data science
Expert experience with SQL and experience with Python or R
Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, A
