Administrative Assistant
1 YEAR EXPERIENCE OK!
Shift: 5x8 days, 0730 – 4:00pm (start and end time can be flex)
Looking for a professional and driven Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the Finance department. This is a fast-paced environment!
The team is looking for someone with background in Finance/Accounting. Will consider someone with a background in healthcare.
Your main responsibilities and day to day:
• Supplier edits in Oracle (previous Oracle experience would be a huge plus!)
• Data entry
• Triaging phone calls
• Orderings supplies
• Opening and distributing mail
Must Haves:
• Experience with Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional – Candidate will be reporting onsite 5 days/week
• Collaborative – Working directly with AP Staff
This is not a remote position! You will be reporting to Cottage Health Monday- Friday.
