RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support management in an administrative capacity, including calendars and travel, assistance with managing procedures/office administrative systems, office supplies, presentations, reports, and other duties as assigned.
- Arrange meetings.
- Manage internal/external meetings and special events.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, deliver mail, order office supplies, process expense reports, assist in new employee office setup, provide backup admin support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Performs clerical, administrative, technical, operational, or manual work
This is a 12 month contract opportunity with a leading global organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. Candidates are able to work 1-2 days per week remote! There is potential to extend at the end of the contract. Successful candidates have a high level of initiative and thrive in a fast paced, enterprise environment.
