Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the GPM team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support to the Region Operations Manager and Divisional Vice President.

This is a Part-Time Role*

Pay rate: $16/hr



Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing team with multiple projects as requested such as store mailings, signage,
    filing, data entry and running reports.
  • Maintain and update Marketing departments documentation and databases as needed.
  • Contracts:
    • Assist Marketing team with getting Contracts through signing process.
    • Keep the online contract database up to date by adding new contracts, updating
      agreements, update tags and add tags as needed.
  • Maintain and organize multiple calendars for the Marketing department as requested.
  • Make travel arrangements for Marketing team as requested.
  • Send signage out to stores as requested.
  • Send signage out to stores as requested.
  • DOT Highway Signs:
    • Work with multiple State DOT representatives in acquiring new highway signs as
      requested by Operations team


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with computers, printers, and faxes
  • Entry level position -Marketing experience a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and work on multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments at all levels
