Rana Furniture Administrative Assistant will perform a range of general clerical and provide administrative support.
The position is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and organizational skills.
As a Rana Furniture Administrative Assistant, you'll be asked to:
- Apply and record payments by entering them into a ledger or accounting software. In general, you must include the date paid, amount, method of payment and any balance due.
- Code, post, receipt payments and prepare and coordinate deposit activities.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.
- Check verify and process invoices.
- Information to Finance Company or Customer if necessary.
- Prepare, submit applications for permit, licenses and protections.
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory of company uniforms.
- Help with collections when is required.
- Create a monthly report of unpaid invoices at the end of the month.
- Control and revision of documents send from the store and finance document when require.
- Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
- Perform filing, sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.
- Liaise with other departments/customers.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in clerical accounting.
- MS Office and knowledge of accounting software.
- Bilingual
Rate: $21.00 per Hour
