Job Summary

The Service Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the service team to ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Closing internal work orders
  • Process service bulletin warranty work orders
  • Create monthly preventative maintenance work orders
  • Mail warranty expiration letters
  • Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable entries for warranty credit invoices

Non-Essential Functions

  • Scan and attach completed preventative maintenance check sheets to work orders
  • Answer phone calls coming in off the main business line

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalency required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills is required.
  • Proven data entry and organizational skills preferred. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships is required.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to set priorities on your own is required.
  • Must be willing to submit and pass a Background Check & Drug Screen & MVR
