Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize office files (both electronic and paper).
- Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized.
- Provide support with travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Greet and assist office visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Help with planning and coordinating office events and team activities.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
