Some of the duties you can expect to perform are:
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Enter work orders into the computer.
- Inspect vacant apartments and tour prospective residents as required.
- Monitor visitor access.
- Updates appointment calendars.
- Maintain key and incident logs.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail. Signing for deliveries, log information and have residents sign for receipt of packages, etc.
- Takes payments for services and product (rent, security deposits, key deposits, etc).
- Attend and participate in team meetings as scheduled.
- Assist in the day to day administrative task allocated by Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience in a related field.
- Well groomed, pleasant and courteous.
- Ability to work with persons of all backgrounds and understand problems of the residents.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to pass background check, drug test and pre-employment physical.
