The Challenge As a technical product manager, you will join the International Strategy and Product Management (ISPM) team in the Digital Media Business Unit (Creative Cloud/Document Cloud), focusing on understanding technical requirements that impact Adobe’s international markets. You will work closely with the Adobe Firefly team, globalization engineering and localization, and Creative Cloud product teams to identify gaps, drive improvements and create quality experiences for our international customers which meet regional cultural needs. What you will do Partner with the Firefly product, analytics, engineering, and research teams to write and align technical requirements for prioritized international markets Create and drive technical requirements that enable multilingual capabilities in GenAI features Drive requirements horizontally across the Creative Cloud ecosystem and product lines Prioritize requirements based on consolidated feedback from Firefly analytics, Go To Market, Product Marketing and International Product Management Negotiate with core product teams and leadership to gain commitment on requirements aligning on future roadmaps and sprint cycles Advocate for international Creative Cloud customers and their unique cultural needs Collaborate with other members of the ISPM team to stay aligned with corporate, regional, and business unit goals How to succeed Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work optimally at all levels within the organization and with partners Bring a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Demonstrate agility while navigating a highly matrixed and dynamic organization Assess and create language-specific acceptance criteria and benchmarks for GenAI technology Write, compile, and debug Python scripts based on needed experimentation Conduct negotiations with product teams in such areas as bug fixes, workarounds, feature requests - with a goal toward balancing globalization and product team interests You will need: Excellent written and communication skills and equal ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships internally Prior experience working with Globalization engineering standards and technologies, such as i18n frameworks, Machine Translation, and localization workflows is a plus Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent) and 3 years Product Management experience Proficiency in a second language, other than English, is helpful Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
