Position Overview :

Kwaan Bear Technology seeks an experienced Organizational Development Analyst to lead and support process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and enhancing organizational processes, performing in-depth research, and ensuring that data-driven decisions align with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and conceptualize process improvement projects across Department functions.

Conduct thorough analyses of current organizational processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Prepare and formulate responses to institutional data and statistics requests, addressing both internal and external queries.

Participate in the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated self-assessment programs to guide institutional planning and decision-making.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects, including user experience studies for Department-managed software applications.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate research insights into work processes and routines.

Communicate findings effectively to audiences with varying levels of research understanding, using data visualization for clarity.

Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and policies.

Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational communication, organizational design, program evaluation, human-computer interaction, or information systems; or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in organizational research and improvement.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, business analysis, or related fields.

Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and information.

Experience in process improvement and/or change management.

Skilled in implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to multicultural and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent organizational skills.

Commitment to fostering a culture of learning and open debate.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and action-oriented, with resilience under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Salesforce.

Background working with government clients.

Familiarity with collaboration and project management software.

Experience in UX testing and user research on technology platforms.

Six Sigma certification.
