RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Owner for Analytics Products including but not limited to Product Management - Technology evaluation & business case preparation/pitch budgeting, Product Strategy and Roadmap, GTM, Data platforms, Data Science Solutions, and Leadership reporting Consulting, Commercial Excellence & strategy, Sales Force Effectiveness Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization Identify & influence business/marketing objectives with scalable, innovative digital solutions across multiple brands/therapies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement and innovation. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using data-driven approaches. Obtain, refine & analyze brand & market data from solution providers like IQVIA, Komodo, etc. Support business teams in data-driven decision-making. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive environment, customer market trends, and consumer insights. Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions to support commercial business objectives, including data curation, data analysis and manipulation, database modeling, visualization, and deployment. Requirements: 16-20 years of professional work experience with at least 10 years in data analytics Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approach Deep hands-on expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data warehouse Fundamentals. Extensive hands-on experience in SQL, data manipulation, Business Intelligence tooling, and ETL pipeline development. Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
