As an AI/ML Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advanced technological projects. You will build, manage and execute innovative technical projects while leading efforts to secure new opportunities. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, you will develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives in autonomy, ensuring that project objectives and timelines are met. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through your strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients. Your expertise will drive our mission to push the boundaries of scientific research and technology development for key clients within our Navy and Marine Corps accounts. Join us. You Have: 7+ years of experience in Program Management leading highly technical efforts in AI/ML with a focus on autonomous systems Experience with technical DoD Programs of Record or projects focused on delivering capabilities to the warfighters Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects within ambiguous requirements and tight timelines Experience with capture management and business development Ability to write and review technical proposals and White papers to support business development Ability to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics Secret clearance Nice If You Have: Experience in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML algorithms for autonomous systems or C-UAS applications Experience managing DoD projects involving the development of Intelligent Autonomous Systems Experience with leading Agile development teams Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins Experience with programming languages, including Python, C++, SQL, or Rust Experience with large language models, autoencoders, generative adversarial networks, image processing, feature identification, and tracking, including pattern recognition, automatic target recognition, and anomaly detection Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues as they arise Possession of strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Possession of strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
