Interested?Here's what you'd do:Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls for PEO service teams.Provide in-office support (receiving packages, letting in vendors, and keeping the office and meeting spaces tidy).Provide administrative support for PEO service teams.Works within various applications (Client Space, Prism, Sharepoint) to ensure administrative tasks for the PEO are done promptly.Ensures PEO clients can hand incoming calls to the corresponding department associate.Assists with prioritizing daily work routine around key deliverables and daily agenda.Maintains knowledge of the client's PEO policies and procedures.Performs general administrative duties for the assigned service department and performs PEO client-related tasks within internal systems.May include working with sensitive client and employee personal or financial data.Participates in additional projects and tasks as needed.Work with outside financial institutions to update critical data on customer accounts.Act with uncompromising integrity.Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.Work in partnership and support each other.Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments.Treat each other with respect and dignity.Other responsibilities may be assigned.Here's what you'll get:Pay: $18/hr.Hours: 40 hours/week.Length: Temp (3 Months).Sounds like a good fit?APPLY TODAYAbout Acara SolutionsAcara is a premier recruiting and workforce solutions provider-we help companies compete for talent.
